This is our family home, so we wanted it to be perfect. To meet strict local planning policy guidelines we opted to go with a loft, which would provide our eldest son with his own space, and still allow us to fit in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large open plan living space.
Extensive use of 3m high glass walls and high ceilings to living areas face out to our new pool and fully landscaped gardens. Stacker doors allow the dining area to open out to the alfresco which comes with outdoor kitchen and also overlooks the pool.
Full height tiling, stone bench tops, timber flooring, structured cabling and first class European appliances are just some of the outstanding features of this home. It was a full turn key project including demolition, fully finished home, pool and landscaping.
