BUILD YOUR CUSTOM HOME TO LOCK UP STAGE

As part of our flexible approach to building a custom home, we offer some clients a build to lock-up process.

This will appeal to the owner builder who may lack the time, expertise, and knowledge of OH&S requirements to properly supervise and construct the structural component of their new custom home.

Once lock up stage is reached, we hand over your keys and you can schedule your preferred trades to finish off the rest of your home.
